After years of boring unfulfilling jobs, in 2015 I’d hit the rock bottom.
Not living my values, not contributing, not being fully myself and not doing what I really wanted, led to divorce and depression.
I hated myself and my life. When I caught myself with suicidal thoughts, I realised, it’s time to do something. I found a great counsellor and coach and soon got inspired and started studying coaching and counselling.
That’s when I dived deep into personal development and inner work.
Working with the world’s greatest coaches like Luisa Zhou, Jeff Walker, learning from the best like Grant Cardone, Brendon Burchard, Marisa Peer, Vishen Lakhiani and Lisa Nichols helped me to build my coaching business from scratch. So I could contribute and make a difference.
It was a journey of many failures and fears. From being scared to put my picture on Facebook, terrified to do a live video, afraid to make offers to not knowing where to start and being overwhelmed with too many ideas.
I found the confidence to openly share my story and attract amazing clients just by being me.
I added a lot of structure, strategy and fun and designed the way to market my business with ease.

What I get up to when I’m not coaching
Since learning to do what I love, there’s no stopping me – as you’ll discover, I love to take things to extremes
I dream big! It started with a half-marathon, then a marathon, now I run ultra-races in the mountains
In my former life, I was allowed to go to the mountains once a year – now it’s every weekend
I love learning but even more than that – I love implementing and teaching what I learn
In my quiet moments (I do have them), I love watching squirrels and staring at cute little lambs
